You may use this site and its linked workouts for personal, noncommercial fitness use. You may share the public site link. You may not copy, download, republish, sell, frame, scrape, or redistribute the site, calendar, videos, branding, photographs, or written materials without permission.

Health and safety

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, movement, rebounder, resistance level, or accessory is appropriate for you. The Fitness & Medical Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms.

Product and shopping information

Product descriptions are provided for convenience. Prices, availability, specifications, weight limits, accessories, discounts, shipping, warranties, and retailer terms can change. Confirm all material details with the seller before purchasing. AngieFitnessTV is not the manufacturer or seller unless expressly stated.
